What does cleaning with CleanTroop cost?
It depends on area, frequency and effort. A 200 m² office twice a week is a different matter to a one-off post-construction clean. We visit the property free of charge and then give you a binding fixed price with a schedule of works. No hidden surcharges.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days of accepting the quote. If you need something at short notice, a handover or a staff absence for example, just call us, we can often arrange something the same week.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. We clean early in the morning before work starts, in the evening after closing, or at weekends. For practices, law firms, shops and hospitality that is the norm.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry public liability insurance. If something in the property is damaged, it is covered. Our staff are properly registered and insured.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring staff, machines, materials and consumables. On request we also reorder paper and hygiene supplies for your property.
Which cleaning products do you use?
Material-appropriate, environmentally sound products, sparingly dosed. If you have allergies, sensitive surfaces or requirements from a hygiene plan, we adjust the products accordingly, fragrance-free included.
Do I get one named contact?
Yes. Every property has a site supervisor who checks the quality and is reachable for you. Change requests go straight to them, not into an anonymous hotline.

We work across the city of Hamburg. For larger properties or multiple sites, do get in touch.
